SPINACH SALAD SUPREME 
1 lb. spinach
2 tbsp. bacon, crumbled or bits
1/4 c. white wine
1/3 c. salad oil
1/4 tsp. tarragon leaves
1 hard boiled egg, chopped
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. diced onion
1 tsp. black pepper

Heat wine, oil, vinegar, onion, tarragon, and pepper. Pour over chilled spinach. Sprinkle with bacon and egg.
