EGG AND SAUSAGE SOUFFLE | |
6 eggs, slightly beaten 6 slices white bread, cut into cubes 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese 2 c. milk 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 lb. pork sausage, fried and cut in pieces (Brown 'n Serve) DO AHEAD. Beat eggs slightly. Add rest of ingredients and pour into 8x8 inch Pyrex casserole. Refrigerate 12 hours or overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Good for brunch or late night parties. |
