MAMA MIA MEAT SAUCE 
2 lbs. ground chuck
4 lg. cans (32 oz.) tomato sauce
1 lg. can tomato paste
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 lg. onion, diced
1 c. dried parsley
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. crushed garlic
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown beef, drain fat. Add all ingredients. Boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour. Serve over spaghetti. Serves 10.
