CUCUMBER ONION PICKLES 
4 c. peeled, sliced cucumbers
4 c. sliced Vidalia onions
1 c. sliced green bell peppers (optional)
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. celery seeds
2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar

Combine all ingredients in sealable bowl. Refrigerate until ready to use. Keeps well for weeks.
