HAM CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked chopped ham
1 c. cooked rice (cook without salt)
3 boiled eggs, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. grated onion
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Chopped almonds

Mix all ingredients except soup and almonds. Pour into a casserole dish. Pour mushroom soup over top and sprinkle with almonds. Bake at 325 degrees for about 30 minutes.
