SHRIMP AND SQUID ON A SKEWER 
8 squid
1 lb. shelled shrimp
1 1/2 c. French dressing
Rice
3 green peppers, cut into 1-inch pieces
24 cherry tomatoes

Clean squid and cut into 1-inch strips. Marinate squid strips and shrimp in French dressing for a couple of hours. Wrap each shrimp in a strip of squid, securing with a toothpick, and slide onto skewer. Slide on pieces of green pepper and cherry tomato after squid. Fill skewers accordingly. Broil over glowing coals, turning and basting frequently with marinade, until squid is golden brown. Serve over hot rice. Serves 2 to 4.
