VEGETABLE MACARONI SALAD 
1 lb. elbow macaroni
1 lg. green pepper
1 lg. onion, chopped fine
4 shredded carrots
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 c. sugar
1 c. white vinegar
2 c. Miracle Whip
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Cool. Add vegetables and mix well. Combine milk, vinegar, sugar, Miracle Whip, salt and pepper. Add to macaroni mixture. Mix well and refrigerate.
