GOOD VEGETABLES 
1 box frozen cut broccoli
1 box frozen cauliflower
1 box frozen brussels sprouts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms (or pieces)
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
1 can Durkee's fried onion rings

Cook vegetables in same pan (according to directions) and drain. Put in 9 x 13 c 2 inch pan. Heat soup and mushrooms and pour over top. Slice cheese and place on top. Sprinkle onion rings on top of the cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

(For a variation you can use 2 (16 ounce) bags of frozen carrots, broccoli and cauliflower.)
