1 pkg. (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. creamy peanut butter
6 c. Kellogg's Crispix cereal
2 c. confectioners' sugar

Rangetop: Cover for microwave directions.

Step 1: In saucepan, melt chocolate morsels and oil over low heat stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter.

Step 2: In large bowl, pour mixture over cereal gently tossing until well coated. Place confectioners' sugar into a gallon sized storage bag. Add chocolate coated cereal and close tightly. Shake bag gently until cereal is thoroughly coated with sugar. Refrigerate in airtight container. (Yield 8 cups - 200 calories per 1/2 cup serving.)

Microwave: Replace step 1 above with: In small bowl, combine chocolate and oil. Microwave on high for 1 1/2 minutes or until chocolate melts. Stir in peanut butter and continue with step 2.
