JELLO MOLD 
6 oz. pkg. sugar-free lime Jello
1 c. 1% cottage cheese
1 sm. can crushed pineapple in its own juice (sugar-free)

Add 2 cups boiling water to Jello and 1 cup cottage cheese to Jello. Mix in blender until smooth. Drain pineapple and mix juice with enough water to make 1 1/2 cups (add to blender). Add pineapple to Jello mixture and pour into 2 quart mold. Unmold when set and serve.
