PAT'S BARBECUED CHICKEN 
1 c. ketchup
1/2 c. sherry
1/3 c. water
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
Salt and pepper
Approx. 4 lb. chicken cut into serving pieces

Combine first 8 ingredients into a bowl. Grease an oblong pan or casserole and place chicken into pan (skin can be removed if preferred). Spread sauce over chicken. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
