BARBECUE CHICKEN IN THE BAG 
3 lb. fryer
3 tbsp. ketchup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice
5 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. vinegar
4 tbsp. water
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt

Cut up fryer and salt and pepper it. Combine all sauce ingredients and dip each piece of chicken in the sauce. Grease a brown paper bag inside with vegetable oil. Place chicken in bag skin side down. Pour the remaining sauce in bag, fold tightly and place in roaster without lid and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Then put lid on and bake 1 hour at 400 degrees.
