CHEESY POTATOES 
1 pkg. frozen hash browns
1 lb. Velveeta
1 c. light mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped onion

Place hash browns in 9 x 13 baking pan. Stir in mayonnaise and onion. Cut Velveeta into small cubes and add to potatoes. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
