POPPY SEED CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 box instant coconut pudding mix
1/4 c. poppy seed
1 c. hot water (mix poppy seed and water and let stand while mixing other ingredients)

Mix rest of ingredients and then add poppy seed and water. Beat 3 minutes on High and then pour into lightly greased tube pan. Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350 degrees.

BUTTER ICING:

1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/3 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar

Combine and boil until creamy (2 minute or more). Add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Place cooled icing on cooled cake.
