HARVEST LOAF CAKE 
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. pumpkin
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
3/4 c. chocolate chips
3/4 c. walnuts

Cream sugar and butter; add eggs. Then add pumpkin and dry ingredients alternately, beginning and ending with dry ingredients. Bake in greased and floured loaf pan at 350 degrees for 65-75 minutes (25 minutes if cupcakes).

SPICE GLAZE TOPPING: (optional):

Blend 1-2 tablespoons cream for desired thickness, powdered sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon.
