2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 #2 can crushed pineapple (not drained)
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. nuts, optional

Mix dry ingredients then add pineapple and vanilla. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

TOPPING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. nuts
1/4 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. powdered sugar

Mix together. Spread on warm cake.
