HERBED PECANS 
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tbsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
dash bottled hot pepper sauce
1 lb. pecan halves (4 1/4 cup)

In heavy skillet melt butter. Stir in rest of ingredients. Toss until nuts are coated. Place in single layer on 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 baking pan.

Bake in 300°F oven for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring often till nuts are brown and crisp.

Makes about 4 1/4 cups.
