COLE SLAW 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 pkg. lemon or lime Jello
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
3 c. shredded cabbage
1 green pepper, finely chopped
2 carrots, shredded
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
Chopped onion

Bring sugar, vinegar and water to a boil. Dissolve Jello in syrup. Add salt and celery seed. Let cool and beat in oil. Pour over cabbage, peppers, carrots, celery and onion. Mix thoroughly and let stand 4 hours before serving.
