HEAVENLY SOLE 
2 lbs. sole (white fish fillet)
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 stick butter, softened
1/2 - 2/3 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. green onions
1/4 tsp. salt
Parsley (optional)
Garlic salt (optional)

Place fish in flat baking dish; sprinkle with lemon juice (let stand 10 minutes). Combine remaining ingredients. Broil fish 4" from heat 6 to 8 minutes (until flakes easily). Remove and spread mix over fish (lemon juice may be poured off first if desired). Broil again 2 to 3 minutes.
