CHRISTMAS FLAME 
1 lb. whole cranberry sauce
1 c. boiling water
3 oz. strawberry Jello
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. mayonnaise (may substitute Cool Whip)
1 apple, diced
1/4 c. walnuts

Heat cranberry sauce; strain. Mix liquid, boiling water and Jello. Stir until dissolved. Add lemon juice and salt. Chill mixture until slightly thickened. Add mayonnaise (or Cool Whip). Beat until fluffy. Fold cranberries, apples and nuts. Stir and chill until slightly thickened. Pour in mold and chill until firm. 5 cup mold, 6 to 8 servings.
