CHRISTMAS JELLO SALAD 
Dissolve 1 (6 ounce) raspberry or strawberry Jello as directions state, but omit 1/2 cup cold water. Add 1 (10 1/2 ounce) frozen strawberries to the Jello. Pour into mold, let set. Spoon 4 ounce carton of sour cream over this. Let set for at least 1 hour.

Dissolve 1 (6 ounce) lime Jello to directions, but again omit 1/2 cup cold water to this. Add 1 (16 ounce) well drained crushed pineapple. Let set in bowl before pouring over the sour cream. Refrigerate overnight. Just before serving, remove from mold. Very light and colorful for the holidays.
