SPINACH FLORENTINE | |
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced 1/4 c. chopped onions 1/4 c. butter 1/4 tsp. garlic salt 1 tsp. salt 2-3 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen spinach, thawed and water drained 1 c. grated cheddar cheese Saute mushrooms and onions in butter. Stir in garlic salt and salt. Place one package of spinach in bottom of casserole dish. Pour 1/2 of mushroom mixture over spinach, sprinkle 1/2 of cheese over top. Repeat layers one more time. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 6 servings. |
