CARAMEL POPCORN 
2 gal. popped popcorn
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 lb. pecans
1/2 c. Karo syrup
2 sticks butter, melted
10 oz. roasted peanuts

Stir soda into butter, then add sugar and syrup. Mix nuts and popcorn then other mixture. Pour into shallow baking pan. Cook 1 hour on 225°F, stirring every 15 minutes.
