PASKA 
3 pkg. Dry Yeast
1 c. warm water
1 qt. milk boiled and cooled
1 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
6 eggs, beaten
12 c. or more flour
1 c. raisins, optional

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Beat milk, oil, sugar and salt. Add the beaten eggs and flour to make a soft dough.

Knead dough until well blended. Set dough in a bowl in a warm place and let rise. Punch it down. Make 4 loaves of bread. Put in oiled pans and let rise again. Brush with a beaten egg with some oil to make a shiny crust.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. For rolls, bake at 350°F till nicely browned.
