CLINE FAMILY HOT SLAW 
1 med. head cabbage
1-2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. oil
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. vinegar
1/2 c. whipping cream

1. Shred cabbage as thin as possible. Add salt and toss - let sit 15 minutes.

2. In pot, melt butter. Add oil. Add cabbage and sugar. Cook and stir 10-15 minutes until wilted and liquid evaporates (medium heat).

3. Add vinegar - cook and stir one minute.
