CRUNCHY APPLE CRISP 
6 c. peeled, cored and sliced apples
2/3 c. quick-cooking rolled oats
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. soft butter

Place apple slices in 2 quart (8x8) glass baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients except butter. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples. Microwave for 12 to 16 minutes on High or until apples are tender. About 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
