RED LETTER DAY CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
8 cooked bets, peeled and coarsely chopped
8 med. cooked potatoes, coarsely chopped
8 cooked carrots, coarsely chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Accent
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. soup stock or 1 bouillon cube dissolved in 1/4 c. water

Saute ground beef until in pieces about size of pecans and slightly browned. Drain off excess fat. Add beets, potatoes and carrots to meat. Add salt, pepper and Accent. Place in well greased casserole. Dot the top with butter. Add stock or bouillon. Preheat oven 350 degrees. Bake for 35 minutes.
