FROSTY LIME PIE 
9" baked pastry shell
1 1/4 c. applesauce
1/2-1 c. sugar
1 tsp. lime or lemon juice
1 pkg. lime flavored gelatin
1 c. evaporated milk

Heat applesauce to boiling. Add lime flavored gelatin, stir until dissolved. Mix in sugar, cool until almost stiff, whip 1 cup very cold evaporated milk with lime or lemon juice until stiff. Pour over gelatin mixture, beat in slowly place in baked pastry shell. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
