1 lb. raw ground beef 2 or 3 potatoes, sliced 3 carrots, sliced 1/4 head of cabbage, shredded 1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 or 3 slices American cheese Put 3/4 lb. of raw ground beef in the bottom of large skillet. Add potatoes, carrots, cabbage. Add remaining ground beef. Spread undiluted mushroom soup on top. Place cheese on top of soup. Cover with lid, cook over medium heat 25 minutes. |
