2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
3 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla

In a saucepan mix together first 4 ingredients, bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in oatmeal, peanut butter and vanilla, mixing well. Drop onto wax paper. Cool.
