1 pkg. Far East Rice Pilaf mix

Cook according to package directions but a shorter time and cool.

2 red delicious apples, diced, unpeeled
1/2 c. raisins
2 c. diced cooked chicken

DRESSING:

3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 - 1/2 c. orange marmalade
1 1/2 tsp. curry powder

Combine dressing ingredients (mayonnaise, sour cream, orange marmalade and curry powder) and add to rice and other ingredients. Top with toasted slivered almonds.
