ANGEL ROLLS 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. scalded milk
4 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt

Combine yeast and warm water. Beat together 2 eggs, salt, sugar and milk. Stir in yeast and oil. Add flour, 1 cup at a time, stirring. Cover, let rise until double. When doubled turn out onto floured board. Turn over several times, divide in two. Roll each half out like a pie. Cut into 16 wedges. Roll each wedge up wide edge first. Place on greased cookie sheet about 1 1/2 inches apart. Let rise. Bake 12 minutes at 375 degrees. Makes 32 rolls.
