KAHLUA CREAM 
1 c. heavy cream
1/4 c. Kahlua
1/3 c. toasted almonds, finely chopped
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
Cupcake papers

Beat cream to stiff peaks. Put ice cream in bowl and beat to soften. Mix in whipped cream and Kahlua. Put cupcake papers in muffin tin, fill with mixture. Sprinkle nuts on top. Freeze until firm. Serve.
