FROZEN FRUIT SALAD | |
1 (15 oz.) can Eagle condensed milk 1/4 c. lemon juice 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained 1 (20 oz.) can fruit cocktail 2 c. miniature marshmallows 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip Combine condensed milk and lemon juice in bowl, mix well. Add cream cheese; mix well. Stir in pineapple, marshmallows and fruit cocktail and fold in Cool Whip. Pour into a shallow dish. Freeze until firm. Makes 6 to 8 servings. |
