CREAM CHEESE POUND CAKE 
3 sticks butter, at room temperature
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, at room temperature
3 c. sugar
7 lg. eggs, room temperature
Flavor with 1 tsp. each vanilla, lemon, hazelnut, rum and coconut
3 c. cake flour, sifted 3 times

Cream butter and cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add sugar, one cup at a time - beat well. Add one egg at a time. Beat well after each addition. Add flavorings, then sifted flour, one cup at a time. Mix in well, but do not beat. Start in cold oven at 325 degrees in tube pan or 2 loaf pans. Bake for 1 hour. Test. If needed, give additional time. If small loaf pans are used, this recipe will do for 3 pans.
