ITALIAN MEATBALLS 
1 (32 oz.) ketchup (any brand)
1 (7 oz.) tomato sauce
1 med. can crushed pineapple
1 med. bell pepper (diced)
1 med. onion (diced)

MEATBALLS:

3 lb. hamburger or ground turkey
1 med. bell pepper (diced sm.)
1 med. onion (diced sm.)
2 eggs
3 slices bread soaked in milk
Salt, pepper, oregano & Italian seasoning to taste

1st: Combine all ingredients for sauce and simmer.

2nd: Make meatballs and brown only until firm. Drain well.

3rd: Put meatballs in sauce as they finish and stir carefully so meatballs don't break apart. Simmer all meatballs in sauce for about 30 minutes. Serve plain or on pasta or rice.
