CHEESY MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. dry bread or cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 egg
15 (approximately) 1/2-inch squares cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. oil

In large bowl combine all ingredients except cheese and oil; mix well. Shape into 1 1/2-2 inch balls around cheese squares. In large skillet brown meatballs in hot oil; drain excess fat. Add desired sauce to meatballs; cook as directed in recipe.
