BANANA BREAD 
2 eggs
2 ripe bananas
1/3 c. Crisco
2/3 c. sugar
1 3/4 c. flour
1 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix eggs, bananas, Crisco and sugar in a blender. Pour into a bowl and add dry ingredients. Mix well.

Bake in a greased loaf pan at 350 for 1 hour.

Works well in high altitude.

Moist and very good- you may add nuts.
