TEX MEX DIP 
3 medium rip avocados
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
3 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 pkg. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
2 (10 1/2 oz.) can bean dip
Large bunch green onions, chopped
Sliced black olives
Tortilla chips

Mash avocados and mix well with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, and taco seasoning mix. Spread both cans of bean dip on tray or in pan, spread avocados mixture on top, then spread sour cream mixture. Sprinkle chopped onions, tomatoes, and olives over all. Top with shredded cheese. Use tortilla chips to shovel into your face.
