1 lg. wedge Roquefort cheese
1 tsp. Accent
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 clove garlic (press)
3/4 tsp. lemon juice

Crumble cheese. Mix all ingredients together. Let stand for 1 hour. Serve with relish tray.
