PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
5 to 6 pork chops, seasoned and browned
1 can tomato soup
1 can water
1 c. whole tomatoes, chopped or 1 c. tomato juice
1 onion, chopped
1 c. celery
3/4 c. raw rice

Place pork chops in a buttered casserole dish with any juices from the chops. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Stir occasionally.
