TURKEY MANICOTTI 
12 manicotti shells
2 1/2 c. ground cooked turkey (grind in food processor)
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. minced onion
1/4 c. minced celery
1 egg, well beaten
3 c. purchased mushroom spaghetti sauce
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Cook shells in boiling salted water to cover for 5 minutes. Drain and place in cold water to cover.

In bowl, mix turkey, mayonnaise, onion, celery and egg. Drain manicotti shells well and stuff with turkey mixture. Place side by side in greased shallow baking pan. Spoon sauce evenly over top. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until cheese is golden brown. Makes 6 servings.
