HARD CANDY 
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. boiling water
1 tsp. cinnamon oil

Combine sugar, corn syrup, water; stir until sugar dissolves. Cook to hard - crack stage (300 degrees). Remove from heat; add flavoring and food coloring; stir. Pour onto greased cookie sheet. Cool; break into pieces.
