2 pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 c. confectioners sugar
2 (8 oz.) containers Cool Whip
1 lb. bag Oreos

Beat pudding and milk. Fold in Cool Whip. In another bowl cream together butter and cream cheese. Then blend in confectioners sugar. Blend pudding mixture with above ingredients. Open Oreos and scrape off frosting. Crush cookies into fine crumbs. Layer pudding, filling, pudding, filling into deep bowl. Decorate top with Cheerios or put in flower pot and decorate with dead flowers and gummie critters.
