PARTY ROLL - UPS 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 pkg. Ranch dressing
2-3 green onions (use whole onion), diced
1/2 c. red pepper, diced
1 can black olives, diced (jumbo olives packed in water are easier to dice)
12" tortilla shells (soft flour ones)

Combine softened cream cheese, Ranch dressing and onions. Spread on tortilla shells. Sprinkle on other ingredients. Roll up. Wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight or at least 2 hours before slicing. Slice better when cold. Cut in about 1 1/2 inch sections.
