GINGER RIBS 
4 lbs. spareribs or pork steaks
2 tsp. ground ginger
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Combine salt, ginger and pepper. Rub mixture on both sides of meat. Put fat side up on rack in baking pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 2 hours, turning once.
