CHERRY CHEESE PIE 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. sifted confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. whipped heavy cream
1 (1 lb. 6 oz. can) cherry pie filling
1 (9 inch) graham crust

Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream. Pour half into prepared pie shell. Carefully spoon 1/2 can of cherry filling over cheese. Add remaining cheese, then filling, to give a layered look. Chill 3 hours.
