CARAMEL ICE CREAM DESSERT 
1/2 gallon ice cream
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 c. flour
1 c. butter
1/2 c. oatmeal
1 c. chopped pecans
16 oz. caramel sauce

Mix brown sugar, flour, butter, oatmeal and pecans. Press on cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Crumble with spoon. Put 1/2 of crumbled mixture into 9x13 pan. Spread on ice cream and press on rest of crumbs. Pour caramel sauce over top. Freeze.
