HAMBURGER HOT DISH 
3 med. potatoes, peeled & sliced
1 lb. ground beef, browned
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can vegetable beef soup (not old fashioned kind)
Onion salt or 1/4 c. chopped onion
Salt & pepper

Put sliced potatoes in bottom of greased casserole. Combine soups (undiluted) with ground beef and pour over potatoes. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Can be easily doubled by using 6 potatoes and 1 1/2 pounds ground beef.
