TURKEY CASSEROLE 
3 turkey breasts
1 frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of chicken soup
2/3 c. mayonnaise
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. curry powder
1 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. butter

Cook turkey, cut into bite-size pieces. Thaw broccoli, cover the bottom of a lightly greased casserole dish with the broccoli. Mix together next 6 ingredients, add turkey to mixture. Pour onto broccoli. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes, covered. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and top with butter. Bake another 5-10 minutes uncovered. Serve over rice.
